Hawaiian Fried Rice

Thanks to the internet and my curiosity for making this dish come to life in my mouth. Yumm. I am such a foodie. The actual name for this dish ” Pineapple fried rice” but just realize I could totally high-jack the name “Hawaiian” to the mix.
“For those who have no clue what am all about, “Hawaiian” – is a combination of ham, and pineapple to any mixed ingredients. The name is so common especially in Pizza, but like I always mention, “You’ve got to add some kick into your cooking, no matter how simple it is.”
Ingredients -You will require:
1 full fresh pineapple {can also used canned pineapples}
– 1/2 cup of ham {chop them into cubes
– 1 cup of white rice {can use brown rice}
– 2 carrots {can dice or crate}
– 2 red onions
– 2 tomatoes
– 2 cloves of garlic
-1 cup of fresh peas
– soy sauce
How to prepare:
1. Boil the rice and the peas separately.
2. As the two boil, chop up the carrots -tomatoes, crate the garlic, dice the onions, and place them separately.
3. Slice the pineapple into halves, 1 half -peal the skin off and dice the pineapple into cubes. The other half, scoop off all the juicy flesh out, place it on a different dish – so as to be left with the skeleton of the pineapple.
4. Once the peas and rice have cooked, using a different pot, fry in onions, garlic, tomatoes and carrots together until golden brown, add in the rice and peas together. Stir.
5. Add in the soy sauce over the mixture of fried rice and peas. Stir.
After adding the soy sauce to the white rice.
6. Allow the mixture to steam up for 2 min after adding the soy sauce. Add in the ham stir and leave it for another 5 mins.
7. Add in the dice pineapples to the mixture and mix
8. When ready, bring out your skeleton pineapple, stuff in your fried rice mixture while still hot.
9. If you’ve got a full house, take out some additional plates and serve.
A chilled glass of “4 cousins white wine” should be the best drink to take down the food.
Enjoy.
Love and Love.
