Passion flavored Sangria

Before we begin, I would like to appreciate all those that watched my previous video which was a valentine’s edition partnership campaign for daawat of their blue label spaghetti, and guess what, it got 34,000 views via my official Facebook page – LIKE WHAT??! These are numbers I don’t get to see every day, that was a big deal and super dope of you guys, thanks for the support. Blows lots of kisses to you, hoping you learnt a thing or two about that spaghetti recipe. Talk about an inexpensive dish to prep. You are welcome.

This being a valentine’s edition extension why not spread the love with a berry passion flavored sangria through the weekend? *Wink* Wink* #StillPaintingTheTownRed

Now, did somebody say WEEKEND??

In-certs’ Pinks’ voice: – “…get this party started on a ‘Friday’ night everybody’s waiting for me to arrive..”

I was having a rhetorical conversation with myself (this happens a lot) of when was the last time I actually prepped a drink recipe.  It does feel like it was centuries ago, which pretty much was. The other reason why I settled with shooting this video rather than deciding on doing it is because, my current fridge status is basically full with lots of pre ordered dessert for my clients who are yet to decide on the delivery date of their paid product and cooked food. You tell me, what was I supposed to do? “Don’t answer that, that was rhetorical! If you know me very well, then you know, am not really a big fan of “raving” or rather going out to party. Don’t get me wrong, I do love my booze {wait – booze sounds so manly} how about – I do love my wines and sweet cocktails at home with a great movie or series and cuddling up on the couch with my laptop and in my sweat pants. Talk about the perfect chilled out weekend.

Anyway, I may have a little secret as to the main reason why I stopped going out. Its basically because, I always – ALWAYS get frozen at the club entrance. I have the tiniest body especially when am dolled up, hence most people assume am young but talk about being judged”. That hustle was too much. “Ati madam, toa I.D.? I’m like T.F!! Then they end up being surprised once they notice my age. Damn!! I couldn’t even deal, so I reduced my trips to the club until it became non-existent. Now you know.

Let’s talk about how to get this party started. Every time I think of a cocktail or sangria, I just get warm inside and smile, since am a little bit tipsy right about now. Sangria are just one of the simplest drinks to prep and talk about them being super delicious too. Sangria’s are basically a wine based drink with variety of other liquors and juices with an addition of fruits and ice in it. You basically drink and eat on the fruits at the same time. It’s a win-win.

Here’s how to prep a sangria drink from home.
