Hey foodies, I get that I have been MIA for a week or so, but its because I had my hands full with my online clothing store “Le belle Trends. I have been having lots of orders, since I got the privilege to work along side a number of UK top designers {Above 15 designers} for the past one and a half years now, and I just got a little bit overwhelmed and excited about the whole situation. I would love to break every little bit of this information to you all, but since this is not a fashion blog, I will procrastinate and focus on the bigger picture which is “The food”. Back to talking about food.


Y’all know by now that I love making easy dishes whatever the time of the meal. Nobody got time to make an hour long meal”especially the breakfast”, since we are all going to literary die of hunger. I happened to enjoy lots of curries and spicy dishes done by Indians foodies, but I really love well cooked spiced up dishes. When dishes of curries or spices are not cooked well, you’ll literary be in the washroom for the longest time and you will forever hate these types of dishes.

Anyway…..Has anyone out there ever had “Bread Egg masala before?? If not, its my joy to break this down for y’all.

Making “Bread with Egg Masala.

Prep time: 5 mins   Cook time: 20 mins  = 25 mins.

Serves = 2pax



  • 3 eggs
  • 5 slices of bread -cut into small cubes
  • 1 large onion – diced
  • 1 tsp of ginger – minced
  • 4 cloves of garlic – minced
  • 2 small carrots – grated
  • Cilantro – garnish



  • 1/2 tsp of coriander
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • 2 Tsp of sugar
  • 1 Tsp of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of water {Only use when necessary}
  • 1/4 tsp of cumin
  • 1/2 tsp of turmeric


  1. Using a non stick pan, on medium low heat, saute the ginger and garlic for 30 sec. Add in the onions and saute till they are soft.


2. Add in the carrots and let it cook for 10 mins. Later add in the spices and combine well. Add a dash of the water and let it cook for 5 mins, taste to check if you will need to adjust the spices.


3. Push the caramelized carrot mix to half the side of the pan, add a dash of oil and crack 3 eggs into the other side.


4. Season the eggs with salt, and scramble it on its own. Once you like the scramble consistency, mix everything together.


5. Add in the bread pieces, a hand full at a time while mixing. Make sure all the bread pieces are well incorporated with the curry. Add in dashes of water to help mix well. {Only if necessary}


6. Garnish with the cilantro.


Serve while still hot. Smells really good.
