Yesterday, I decided to order in a lunch box meal  {two pieces of  chicken with extra spicy medium fries } courtesy of steers. Within forty five minutes the happy meal delivery arrived. There is nothing more appealing like your favorite fast food delivered to you on time while still hot. Cheers to steers bellevue.

After a cold quick shower, got my little booty shorts on and a loosely fitted top with warm fur socks and immediately got in my cosy bed, got out my laptop and continued watching “The player – series“, right after I started to munch on my steers happy kit but an hour later, I was already stuffed and one large piece of chicken was just staring at me “begging to be eaten“, but I just couldn’t eat no more.

I decided to refrigerate the remaining piece, then early morning I use the same piece to make a grilled chicken with cheese sandwich. This is what you do when you got left over meat, just revamp it and make the best out of it.

Making “Chicken cheese grilled sandwich”.

prep time: 5 mins  Cook Time: 10 mins  Total time: 15 mins

yields/Serves = 1 person

*Main Ingredients*

-4 slices of white bread

-left over steers chicken

-blue band

-peanut butter

-2 slices of cheddar cheese

*Other tools*

-a fork, knife, butter knife, chopping board, non-sticking pan

  1. Cut off all the meat from the chicken, place aside.

2. Using the fork, untangle the meat  {Not sure which is the best word to use for description} Hope y’all understand. Just season to your preference.

3. Apply BB {Blue band} on one side of each slice of bread. On one side of 2 slices of the bread, apply PB {peanut butter}. Set aside. Pre-heat the pan, once hot place 2 slices of bread with the BB face base of the pan.

4. Place the slice of cheese on whichever side of the bread, and place the chunks of chicken on the PB slice of bread. After 2 mins, Flip over the cheesy bread onto the PB slice – then press. Flip the other side to brown. Repeat the steps for the other slices.

NB: You can add more cheese -as per your preference.

Served the sandwiches with Crisp {cold orange} Juice.

“It’s as simple as that, now go make yours, and tag me with a #MygrilledSandwich

Love and Love.
