I’ll am having this hallelujah moment when I think or literary crave for chocolate. On the other hand, working with chocolate can be a really messy situation be it for frosting cake or glazing donuts. Something that I am super familiar with. I totally had so much fun making this bark dessert or rather candy, but I highly do not recommend you having these chocolate all at once. It’s not advisable, however, a few at a time is understandable.

Thinking of having or making a quick dessert recipe for a large group, this should be at the top of your list. If you love or enjoy baking, you see the normal topping we all if not most use, that’s exactly the same ingredients if not part of them that you may need to add to this recipe.

Making an “Easy chocolate bark Candy”

Prep time: 15 mins  Freeze time: 4 hours  Total time: 4 hours 15 mins.

MAIN INGREDIENTS:

  • Dark chocolate
  • Sprinkles – milk chocolate + multi color + dark chocolate
  • Desiccated shredded coconut
  • Melted white chocolate
  • Orange melted candy
  • Raisins

Tools required:

  • Flat baking tray
  • fridge
  • parchment paper

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Melt the chocolate to form a ganache with a smooth texture. Transfer the ganache onto a baking tray with wax paper. Level the ganache out on the tray. In whichever order, sprinkle out the toppings and have fun with it.

2. Place the tray into the fridge to chill and harden for 4 hours or overnight. Once it’s hard enough, break them into pieces and gift them for that special someone.

I want to believe, homemade chocolate bark is going to be probably one of my most favorite yet edible homemade gifts to make, since this will be my first time ever to make this recipe. The possibilities for flavors and toppings is endless and you can really create something super special for whoever will receive it. NO HOLDING BACK HONEY!! LET GO!!
