“Just a short back ground of how the “Double Decker club sandwich came about”.
Slices of different cheeses and meats and dollops of different toppings are all it takes to make these Double decker Club Sandwiches. The origin of this sandwich, which is most often associated with hotels around the world, is all a matter of speculation and guesswork. The name probably comes because of its popularity at resorts and country clubs. It definitely existed in the United States by the late 19th century. The Club Sandwich was the favorite of former King Edward VIII of England and his wife, Wallis Simpson. In fact, she took great pride in preparing this sandwich.

Add butter if need be, to avoid sticking on the pan.
2. Remove if when it s done are pretty crunchy on the outside but super gooey on the inside.
Part 2: prepping the sandwich.
3. Add butter to the pan, crack in 2 eggs. {How I love making my eggs cooked on one side only.}
3. Once it gets brown at the bottom and slightly firm at the top, season with salt and chili flakes.
4. Fold the egg into two and add in the cut out circle bread pieces to add crisp to it. Turn off heat and set it aside.
5. Slice a tomato into circles, spread nutella on a slice of bread, place a slice of cheddar cheese then add in 3 slices of tomato then close it up. Press it down slightly.
6. Spread nutella on another slice of bread, slice the omelette into two and take one half and place the slice on top. Add slices of tomato and cheese, and close it up with another slice of bread.
Season the tomato with salt and black pepper just to add flavor.
Add the other slice of the omelette to the tomato and cover it up with the last slice of bread. Press it down slightly to avoid it crumbling down as you take a bite.
7. Serve immediately. Final out come of the two sandwiches.
Cut the sandwich into two, as you can garnish it with “Whatever rocks your boat”.
Best snack for anyone, ans definitely anytime of the day.
