Come to think of it, everyone has a specific way of doing different things. Don’t you just want to change it?? I know I would. Change is crazy scary, but its definitely worth it only if you do it right. How about we change how you make your sandwich, apart from the normal toast or buttered kind??

How to make “Egg fry sandwich“.

Prep time: 5 mins – Cook time: 10 mins – Total time:  15 mins

*Main ingredients*

– 4 slices of bread {can use brown or white}

– 2 eggs

– 1 tsp of cheese cream

– 2 tsp of grated mozzarella cheese

– 2 tsp of blue band or butter

– a pinch of salt

– a pinch of black pepper

– a pinch of chili flakes

*Making cheese paste* 

1. In a small dish, place the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese and mix well. Add in the powdered spice and mix thoroughly. – place a side.

*Making the egg fry sandwich*

1. Take the first pair of bread slices, stock them together, create a whole in the middle using a lid of the coffee jar.

2. On one of the two sides of the bread, apply butter and the other side apply the cheese paste, then close them up using the “Like poles” of cheese paste.

3. Heat a pan, place the buttered side of the bread, crack an egg into the hole in the bread. Season the egg with the spices you have, let it cook for 2-3 mins, then flip it up to the other side.

3. Serve when ready. Yasssss!! pookie let the yolk ooze out…. that’s the whole point of the egg fry sandwich. There is nothing as healthy as the yolk in the egg.
