Bruschetta pronounced as “brew – shetta“, is an Italian simple appetizer prepared within minutes and can be taken any time of the day.

The perfect bruschetta requires that bread be grilled then rubbed down with slices of raw garlic, drizzled with olive oil and finished with a little bit of sea salt and fresh pepper. To further incorporate the evolving of the polished bruschetta, thinly diced tomatoes, garlic, red onions, basil or cilantro are added to complete this look.

Making “French toast bruschetta“.
