There is “since its still on going” a lot of drama in my life especially last week from both sides of the coin. We do not need to go into details about it -clearly, still trying to put some fire out. Imagine life without drama or fires – I would literary die of boredom and so will you. I mean, that’s what makes life a little more interesting, and probably why we do have talk shows driven by people like Wendy Williams or Ellen degeneres who bring out humor in the most serious situation when we least expect, and then there is a smile on our faces. The storm will pass and I’ll be back grinding and entertaining you guys with more fun ways to put together simple food, but for now bare with me because I know that today and last Friday you were to receive a foodie video that did not happen as planned, pardon me, am trying to get my shit together! For a little while, we will have to settle with a little written foodie article such as this one and more to come.

Making a ground beef Taco

Under 5 mins

Serves: 2 people

MAIN INGREDIENTS:

  • 2  soft tortilla wraps
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 1 carrot grated
  • shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup of cooked ground beef
  • Salsa
  • Sauce mix -{ Mayonnaise + ketchup + chili sauce}
  • salt

Instructions:

In a small bowl, I mixed both the carrots and cabbage together, seasoned with salt and drizzled some of that sauce mixture and mixed it up well.

Place the tortilla flat and assemble your ingredients at the center.

Enjoy with some cold milk or hot tea.

Note on Substitute:

If you have no time to make the tortilla wraps from scratch, another substitute could be chapatis as the base. These two have so much in common. Make the best of it.

Thank you for always making time for #TastieDineRecipes, until next time.
