The best macaroni and cheese recipe ever. Seriously. Creamy, cheesy, straightforward, ooey, gooey – this macaroni and cheese will knock your socks off. Its the simplest dish to make with readily available ingredients.

For a long time now, I have been meaning to make “Parmesan boneless chicken, since it wasn’t the right time, but yesterday felt like the right time to combine these two dishes and add color too.

I have been indeed watching different ways to make mac and cheese and finally found a simple way to cook it.

Let’s first make the “mac & cheese

prep time – 5 mins   Cook time: 15 mins    Total time:  20 mins

Yields/Serves= 3 pax

*Main ingredients*

– 1 cup of boiled elbow macaroni {Use any}

-1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese

-1 cup of milk

– 1 stick to unsalted butter

-1 egg

-spices -for seasoning.

  1. Make the sauce: Beat the egg first, season it and combine it well. Add 1/4 cup of the milk to the egg batter and combine. Add in 1/4 cup of water to the macaroni – heating on medium low heat, as it gets hot, add in the egg batter to the mac and combine till all is covered well.

2. Add cheese gradually as you mix continuously. When it gets thick enough “depending on your preference”, turn off the heat and set aside.
