Breakfast is the most precious meal in my life. I treasure this meal, because without it, I get moody and grumpy and “No body got time for a grumpy person, especially in the morning”.

Its more special if you make it at home, no matter how simple or complicated it is.

My MOTTO: Make It Your Own,

I get it. Its way past breakfast, but I will fill you in on what I made today for breakfast.


Making “ Mini- chicken hamburgers + bacon + slices of water-mellow & a glass of milk.

Total time: 30 mins

Yields /Serves : 2 Pax

*Main ingredients*


-2 slices of chicken burgers

– 2 pieces of brown burger buns


– 4 Slices of Bacon

– Cheddar cheese for toppings {Optional}

– Vegetable Oil

– Slices of Water Mellon {Optional}


  1. Medium heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil to a pan, add in 2 slices of bacon to cook first for 4-6 mins. Keep turning until crisp. Add the other 2 slices for another 4-6 mins. When ready, place them on paper towels or {Serviettes} to soak up the excessive oil.


  1. Prepare the pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, using medium heat, add one burger at a time. Fry for 8 mins until golden brown. Repeat the step with the other burger until brown. When ready — let it sit on serviettes to soak up the excess oil.


  1. I used cheddar cheese toppings to stuff in the hamburgers. Grated it separately.


  1. Cut the brown hamburger buns into two, place the burgers between the bread, add the toppings, close it up.


  1. Served the whole meal with a glass of milk and slices of water-mellon.
