Minty slushie

There is no better way to handle the heat we are experiencing here in Nairobi, than with a refreshing, delicious minty frozen mixed berry with natural sweet red wine slushie with a little stingy lemony vibe. For the longest time I’ve been debating if my version of a slushie would need ice cubes of just settle with frozen fruit instead. I finally settled with frozen fruit, since I couldn’t find my ice cube tray.

It’s funny how I love minty alcoholic drinks like mojitos and slushies but not minty tea. Are you guys a fun of minty tea?? I just feel like the minty version in tea is a little bit concentrated and I just couldn’t deal with it.

Slushies are basically a flavored frozen drink perfect for keeping you cool on a hot summer day.
