I’m really on a mission to watch everything that’s going into my body now a days simply because I’m trying to shed ONLY my belly fat, that from a distance looks like a “Muffin top” {Or probably its all in my head}. And that ain’t easy… 🙁

Here’s a great dish of bacon, pork sausages mixed with different veggies {Pork -Veggie hash} recipe that will satisfy anyone’s picky palate. This dish is tasty and different, on top of the fact that it’s Paleo and good for your body. Probably it doesn’t matter how much you take, all you need to know is that its filling and great for the anyone and quick to prepare.

You can have this dish any time of the day, but its mostly preferred for breakfast and/or dinner. Very light, full of flavors and well balanced.

“Making – Pork Veggie Hash”

Prep time: 3 mins  Cook time: 10 mins  Total time: 13 mins

Serves: 2 pax.

MAIN INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Pork sausages
  • 3 slices of bacon
  • frozen mixed veggies ie {Corn, french beans, potatoes, carrots & peas}
  • Sultanas [OPTIONAL} for garnish

Other Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of chili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp of coriander
  • 1 Tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil {frying sausages}

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a non sticking pan, add the oil using medium heat. Shallow fry the pork sausages and the bacon using the same pan.

2. Once they are ready, set them of paper towels to drain any excess oil. Still using the same pan with the remaining oil, lightly fry the mixed veggies for 8 mins on medium high while covered.

3. After 5 mins of simmering, seasons to taste then combine well, then cover for another 3 mins.

4. Turn off heat, and serve while still hot.

Final Plating: -Garnished with stripes of bacon, pork sausages and sultanas.
