Woke up today, and felt like switching everything up. Instead of posting pictures all the time, how about a Vlog??” The thing is , I am yet to get a handy man/ lady to assist me with recording foodie videos etc, but first, why not be a super hero and record everything using my phone!! Trust me when I say, multi- tasking is seriously a hard job. It may not be for me, but I did for the sake of you guys.

Making “Strawberry banana Muffins”

Prep time: 10 mins, Bake time: 20 -25 mins = Total time: Approx = 35 mins.

DRY INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 – 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 – 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries

WET INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup of melted -un salted butter {room temp}
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs {Room temp}

INSTRUCTIONS:
Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius or {350 degrees F}
1. For wet ingredients: – Mash the ripe bananas, whisk the eggs, add the melted butter + vanilla and mix everything together. Set it aside.
2. For the dry ingredients: – Into a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and combine well. Add the diced fresh strawberries.
3. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients to the dry and fold till everything is combined.
4. Align the cuppies to the muffin tin. Using an ice cream scoop, transfer the batter into the muffin tin. Place them in the oven to bake for 20 -25 mins. Repeat the steps for the remaining batter.
5. Let the muffins cool on a rack, for 10 mins, then serve.

Final outcome:

Cooked all through!!! Yeaaay”
